There’s no warning pop up for using material when changing style. The description is misleaded. After consuming materials, it should give us the option to switch between one or another style rather than costing material to change it each time. There’s double material gem being spent and tickets to get hunt a thorn. This is unfair and ethical? After all the RnG and farm, to change each style YOU have to refarm again with all the luck? So if I want to remove the style back to normal. It means I have to refarm mats to back to individual style? Make no sense to me

As it is stated in the FAQ, once a style is chosen, it can be removed without extra materials. However, the materials already used will not be refunded. To select a style again, new materials are required.

I don’t think this is really acceptable? Usually consuming high level mats there will be a pop up warning. In this instance it wasn’t. Again I do think it’s unfair as the description in the game is very misleading… you would assume when you unlocked, it should remains unlock rather than respend materials. I would appreciate a fix. It seriously makes no sense to keep using new material just to change a style of play. I believe this level of support/ response is pretty unacceptable
I can see a lot of threads mentioned that once style/ customisation been unlocked, they should remain unlock which make sense and reasonable. Feedback and suggestions been given since the launch of introducing style/ customisation. Is there a reason why this is not action? Or this is the way for us to keep spending money to double rewards just to change the style/ customisation?
I appreciated an action and appropriate response rather than “take into consideration of future improvement” as I don’t see you guys taking such a productive feedback to improve gameplay and game experience
