Please hear the community out. I recently came back to the game and this was the best feature as there is no one around me to play. This was an awesome way to play with other people. Now, I often cannot go to the dimensional links as they are in peoples gardens and there are few sidewalks where I live

最初に実装された時の仕様が、ユーザーが求めるものではないでしょうか？
運営が求める、「実際に街に繰り出して戦う」というのも頷けますが、次元リンクくらいはサービスと思って元に戻してもらえないですか？
今の仕様だと、微妙に離れた場所に出たモンスターは近所の人とさえ狩ることが赦されないのですよ？運営の意図するものとは真逆の事になっている事をきちんと理解してください。
運営チームに、実際にプレイしていない人が居ない事の証明になってますよ！

As it is right now I play on a 9 star field… All my DLs are 8 star… I would rather just fight the 8 stars by myself and be assured of a WGS part break than teammates prioritizing the wrong monster parts.
I’ve literally opted not to DL…
However when the DL range was longer I would choose to regularly play with teammates, and considered the extra ranged fights a nice bonus for playing with teammates.
This encourages solo play…
Please revert back the change.

This! The DL hunts, at this point, are some of the only ones that make me use potions. 7* hunts might if I’m having a bad hunt but for the most part everything lower than the 8* don’t take my health down.
Regardless of the hunting, this move will likely hurt the chance a player would even need to buy potions, let alone be willing to pay.
This move doesn’t make any sense. But a lot of the PoGo moves have seemed nonsensical to me as well. Niantic is giving me cause not to spend money and is starting to push me to drop the games entirely. Which is a shame, I do enjoy the games. But if every smart decision and positive change to their games keep being undone I just can’t realistically justify spending my money on games that are not considerate of players in less populated areas.

範囲が広かった時は、装備の揃ってない人や回復しないでやられたまま報酬をもらうようプレイヤーに対して、狩る機会も多いので広い心で遊べてましたが、狩る機会が減ったことから、他者を助けるプレイよりも自分の報酬のために狩り中の離脱もやむ無しと考えてます

Rather than punishing everyone for using the feature, why not just buff rewards for local group hunts and make it more visible / uncap the HR limitations.

That’s a pretty good fix honestly. Add a “Local Hunt” drop slot to non-DL/non-HAT hunts. Not OP, adds incentive to fight with folks nearby.

The group hunt stats may have gone in highly populated areas, but look at the stats of players that have participated in either none or few random group hunts, and their group hunt number would have markedly increased.
Please restore a larger range

There is surely a better change than reducing the range. the easiest to implement is probably having a seperate tab for local hunts vs dimensional links. This change only seems to cater towards highly populated play areas and hurts more rural players. Hoping this change is reverted in the future

Just going to add my 2 cents here…
Played since the first hour of release, every single day. I made my first actual purchase (not using Google Rewards money or Play points) after the implementation of Dimensional Rifts. It made me feel genuinely excited about the ongoing future of this game, and I wanted to support the development as a result.
Intentional removal of what made this feature actually valuable to much of the community is very disappointing. It’s taken my faith in the future of this game down quite a few notches, and I don’t see myself supporting the game monetarily any time in the future.
I hope they hear the community outcry and roll back this change, but I’m not holding my breath. I’ll keep playing for a bit to see what happens, but it seems most likely that I’ll end up moving on soon, just as I have with every other Niantic game when they lost sight of the community that built them.

わかります。説明はあったものの納得のいくものではなく…珍しく良い機能だったのに、すかさず露骨に改悪してるのはワザとなんですかね。そもそもバグや処理不足がこれだけ多いのにタイムラグなく海外の人とハントしてるとは思えないです。AIかなんかですかねー
