Updated to V91 at 1/15:

  1. But frame skipped issue still exists, just liked the post:
  1. Frame skipped issue induced “malfunction of touch input”, especially when you want to slide to evade the attack from the monster.

  2. Also, frame skipped issue caused unreasonable actions of monster. For example, the monster may change direction to player suddenly, liked 1-2 frames be skipped.

  3. I experienced “speed-up” issue again this morning. And uploaded two videos.

Compared from 0:15 to 0:17 of video 1 and video 2, same timing for Iai but fail in video 1 and successed in video 2.


Belows are original issues in V90:

  1. When group hunting (includes elder dragon interception), especially there are too many visual effects at display:
  • Sometimes no reaction after touch input, especially for sliding command

And got hurt by monster because of no moving of character.

What I remembered is this issue existed in before version, and fixed in previous updated but came back in recent version.

  • Sometimes the action of monster liked “frame skipped”

Also, this issue existed in before version, and fixed in previous updated but came back in recent version.

  1. Sometimes when I enter the hunting, the action of monster liked “speed-up” than usual.

There might be a chance that the connection got unstable temporary. We’d suggest you follow the steps provided in our Trouble Shooting Guide and see if that helps:

You may also follow the below steps to see how it goes:

  • Restart your device
  • Close apps running in the background
  • Set the app’s graphics quality to ‘Low’ from settings
  • Download all assets from settings
  • Update your device’s OS
  • Use other connection (4G, 5G, Wi-Fi)
  • (If the device is hot) Take a break from playing to cool down the device

If the issue persists, please provide us with the following information as we would like to investigate further.

  • Video of the issue
  • Internet connection that you are using (4G, 5G, Wifi)
  • Device that you are using

I already used lowest display settings, and no device overheat issue when playing. These issues even occurred in first hunting in one day.

And no matter what connection used, includes WiFi or 4G/5G networks.

And network/device overheat cannot explain “action of monster speed-up” issue I reported.

If you get a video clip of Monster speed-up, please share it with us.
And please share us the details about the device you are using. (Not only OS)

So, when do you fix these issues? I think many players be annoyed by them.

“Restart your device/restart the app/etc.” are only solution you provided for similar issues, which means you have no idea how to solve them.
