Was a monster supposed to appear after the countdown ?

Isn’t the countdown timer until the event starts displaying the wrong time?
In Japanese, it shows: ‘25 days and 15 hours remaining.’

どのタイミングから誤った表示になるのかわかりませんが

日本時間で9:00に始まる感じでした

I think it’s happening quite often, not to say everyday as I’m not going to check everyday, that’s someone else job. But still it’s misinformation and I’m too far from the spot it would be happening as we can’t access the outbreak point/base from afar (10+ kilometers).
