不具合タイトル: 拠点要撃戦のカウントダウンが早く開始される
不具合詳細: 拠点要撃戦の画面において、特定の時間帯に開くと本来のカウントダウンより早く開始されてしまう場合があります。（このカウントダウンが完了してもモンスターは到来しません）
ステータス: 修正中です。 実際の開催時間は拠点要撃戦画面の上部に記載されたピリオドの最終週となります。
Issue Title: Base Defense countdown begins earlier than expected
Issue Description: In the Base Defense screen, the countdown may begin earlier than intended during certain time frames. (Even should this countdown end, the monster will not appear)
Status: Being fixed. The actual commencement time is the final week of the Wave shown at the top of the Base Defense screen.
