the 5free palico paintballs are not working. i get 5 free everyday. i go to work and get home with still 5. even though i never turn off the MHN app

i already tried restarting the app/ cp… even reinstalling and downloading all assets all over

Hi,

Just to confirm, did you enable Adventure Sync in the in-game settings? When you reinstall the game or reset the game data, you would need to re-enable Adventure Sync.

On a side note, you do not need to keep the app in the background. Adventure Sync is supposed to work offline as well, so you can kill the app safely. But your device’s location function must remain enabled throughout as it is dependent on whether your device can track its own location.

And, has it ever worked for you before? Or it only started to stop working in this version? Or it worked in this version previously but only stopped working in the last few days? When did the issue start (i.e. not a single Palico paintball used)?
