The free paintball(blue one) doesn’t auto-paintball monsters when offline and when I’m going outside/driving.
Haven’t tried reinstalling the app.

Palico Paintball also has speed restrictions as well. If you’re driving, you will be well above the speed limit most of the time. When you’re stationary, the game may not be checking for available monsters at that point in time (it’s not checking in real-time), or there may simply be no monsters within your access circle for your Palico to mark.
The Palico sees a different “map” from what you’re seeing in your field map, so even if you’re seeing multiple monsters on the field map, your Palico may not be seeing any monsters in range in its map. You cannot tell what monsters there are in your Palico’s map. Therefore, you also cannot judge whether the Palico is working or not just by looking at the monsters on your own field map.

Thank you for the reply, I’ve read the article regarding palico paintball and activated the adventure sync in my device and this solves my issue.
