問題の詳細/Issue Details
Joined a Hunt-a-Thorn when the clock is less than 5 minutes. For the first four hunts, everything is going smoothly. During the last hunt, received an communication link error message and was returned to the world map. The Hunt-a-Thorn is already closed and over, so I am not able to continue the last hunt and my ticket was consumed. I am not sure if I received any rewards since I did not participate in the hunt, and yet I consumed a ticket for it.
その他の情報/Other Information
I think if there is any error or exit the hunt due to whatever reason, when the ticket was consumed, I should returned back to the lobby instead of the worl map.
@Lucky8393
I’m sorry to hear that your received an error during a hunt-a-thon. After investigating the Android smartphone model you reported, we were able to confirm that the CPU of your smartphone is not supported by Monster Hunter Now (Snapdragon 855 or higher).
Therefore, even if you were able to play Monster Hunter Now, it may not function properly.
However, would you mind contacting us via in-app support so that we can check if we can return the ticket? Please note that we may not be able to provide support since your device is unsupported.
■ How to contact on the app
- Tap on the hunter icon
- Select [Settings]
- Select [Contact]
- The chat with the user support begins. Please follow the instructions on the screen and explain your issues.
*Please ensure to select [Inquiry via Forum] or input the details of your inquiry
- Select [Other Issues]
Thank you.
Thank you for the reply. Although the device is not supported, I think this is an issue that is not dependent on devie specs, as communication link error can often happened even when I am playing on my other device (Samsung S24). It is fine on the ticket being expanded, but I am reporting this issue as it may occured to others if the situation arises.
Noted on the in-app support information. but I don’t see the Profiile > Settings > Contact option. Is it the same as Profile > Support? Playing on Android V78.2 .
