I keep getting this Network error message no matter what I do. Whether I’m on Wi-Fi or just data. It keeps popping up ever since the last update. I’ve never had this issue before. I’ve tried restarting my phone, clearing the cache, and even uninstalling and reinstalling the app and still continue to get this pop up network error message. And now that I uninstalled and reinstalled the app the adventure sync will not turn on I turn it on and it turns right back off.

No it did not stop when I uninstalled and reinstalled the app it’s so annoying I can’t even play please help me fix this and now my adventure syn won’t turn on I go to turn it on and it just turns right back off. And I’m not having this issue on my other phone my Samsung Galaxy S9 I just want to play so please anything you can do to help me fix these issues

Ya I did all of that like I said I’ve never had this issue before the last update and like I said I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app I’ve restarted my phone I have unlimited data and have wifi no matter what I do it still happens and it’s only on this account because I have another account on my other phone and it isn’t happening on that account. So what else should I do or try??

  • Close apps running in the background
  • Update Google Play Store / Google Developer Services
  • Change the device’s location settings to “Always”
  • Try logging into the account which the issue is occurring from another device

I tried it on a different device and it does the same thing. And it just doesn’t do it on wifi it does it when the wifi is off and I have full service on my phone when I restart the app it works for a out a minute and then pops up again. I’m getting so frustrated I’m trying to complete the Halloween quests and if this doesn’t fix itself I’m not going to be able to, since we only have so many days.

I also tried logging into my other account on this device and I don’t get the network error message it’s only on my other account. I need help fixing this issue ASAP please.

So what else can I do? I even tried using another phone and the same thing happens but when I login into my backup acct which I rarely use it works fine on both phones so it seems like it’s just this account. I mean I’ve spent so much money on this account I even bought the live event ticket and if this doesn’t fix itself by then I’m not even going to be able to play it. I just don’t know why I keep getting this network error message. Could it mean my account got banned or something? It’s just so frustrating. Like I said I’ve restarted my phone, I’ve gone to multiple different locations, I’ve used Wi-Fi to I’ve turned my Wi-Fi off, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I’ve deleted the cache and the data, I’ve updated the Google Play store, and like I said when I use my other account everything works fine so I don’t think it’s the device. Can you do some type of investigation into the account or something?

There is no contact under settets do yoy mean support? And when i press support and then contact theres no option for me to click [Inquiry via Forum] it sucks cuz i purchased a global event ticket and now im not going to be able to play cuz this error message

I’ve done that for about a week multiple times nobody’s gotten back to me and now it’s the global event and this network error pops up every 2 seconds it’s so annoying
