As the game updates, the speed of adding new monsters is faster than us to get the bag (r3) from daily mission. Therefore, I propose that when we reached lv150, 2 bags of each kinds per day; lv200, 3 bags of each kinds per day; lv250, 4 bags; lv300, 5 bags.
Also, people are less willing to hunt 10 stars monsters, I think the bags should be an extra reward that maybe given by hunting 10 stars monsters

Now, we have only 1 bag per day, but there are new monsters each month, so I assume everyone can only make 1 weapon of each kind, reduced the willing to pay for double
You should be able to work for them somehow. If I can spend all day looking for Deviljho (エビジョ) and rack up a few saliva from hard work and perseverance, why can’t I do the same for weapon upgrade materials?
Ideas:
1: grant weapon and armor upgrade materials for each badge level attained for a monster. For instance, a bronze badge gives the player 1 material, silver gives 2, and gold gives 3. That way there’s 6 upgrade materials for each monster you fight, allowing you to take the full set of armor to grade 6, possibly take one of the pieces to 7, and or progress the weapon you’ve been grinding for more easily, with a sense of accomplishment for how many you’ve slain.
2: gain an upgrade material for every ____ small monsters slain, let’s say, 100. Doesn’t help to have a huge pile of sharp claws or hides if I can’t use them and just dump them for space.
3: incentivize playing with friends, not just group hunts, by making it a special potential drop when you play with friends. Maybe even a friend hunt reward slot that has a chance to call the upgrade material.
4: Make the rate at which daily quests drop them dependent on HR. Higher HR players should get more because they’ll need them. Anyone who’s made it to HR100 is committed and deserves 2 per day. People who reach 200 should get 3, and people who hit the max (is there a max?) or 300 should get more as well.
5: add a gift system like Pokémon go, where you send friends gifts collected from resource nodes, and depending on what you obtain, can drop certain items.
