I encountered an issue while playing Monster Hunter Now. When I try to open the item box, the screen suddenly freezes and becomes unresponsive.
This issue happens consistently every time I open the item box
I’m not sure if this is caused by a bug in the game or a problem with my device.

Yes, it completely freezes and becomes unresponsive. I can’t interact with anything on the screen, so I have to force close and reopen the application to continue playing.

Upon checking, it appears that the device you are using is not supported. (Tecno Pova LH8n/ CPU: Dimensity 6080)
So we cannot provide official support, but as a first aid measure, please try clearing the cache and reinstalling the App.
