4日前ぐらいからアイテムボックスが重く、開くまで90秒を要します。再起動しても解決しません。

アプリの動作が重く、アイテムボックスが正常に開けないとのことでご報告いただきありがとうございます。
ご報告いただきましたスマートフォンモデルについて確認させていただいたところ、ご利用のデバイスのCPUはモンスターハンターNowのサポート対象外であることがわかりました。このため、モンスターハンターNowが正常に動作しない場合がございますこと、予めご了承ください。サポート対象端末につきましては以下の記事をご参照ください。
一方で改善の可能性のあるトラブルシューティングをご案内いたしますので、問題が継続する場合は以下をお試しいただけますでしょうか。
・端末の再起動
・バックグラウンドで起動中のアプリを無効にする
・設定画面でアプリの画質を「低」に設定する
・設定画面で全てのアセットをダウンロードする

- Close apps running in the background
- Set the app’s graphics quality to ‘Low’ from settings
- Download all assets from settings
- Update your device’s OS

Hi @Blztfgt420, do you remember what was the Sorting type you used the last time you were able to access it?
Pixel7aですがアイテムボックスの反応がとても重いです。ソートの反応も普段とは数倍遅くなってます。
そこで気が付いたのはアイテムソートでの昇降の並び替えして再起動させると替える前の昇降に戻ります。レアリティからお気に入りや種類などに枠から移動だと保存されます。
そこもおかしいです。

Every time I try to open the items box or the menu to sell items within it, it take a lot of time to load the screen.
It happens only with this menu and nothing else.

I have a video, but considering the time it takes to opens the menu it is larger than 30MB size of the video allowed here. I even recorded interactions with other menus and a hunting to show the difference. Glad to share it in private, if needed.
While you tell me I show the screen it take a while to load. This one and the one when I push the red line button.
アイテムを売却後の処理が更に遅くなって来ています。処理を待つよりアプリを閉じて再起動する方が早い状況です。
対応よろしくお願いします。
