I participated in the Carnival last year and built the carnival weapons and armour, which included the Carnival mail with lock-on. Those that didn’t participate in the carnival still have no lock-on on the chest.
I understand that the Kirin armour, specifically the helmet, is going to be the THIRD helmet to feature lock-on, while there is STILL no lock-on on the chest.
PLEASE can this be fixed for the non-carnival users, e.g. switch Kirin lock-on to the chest.
現状/Current Status
Anyone who didn’t participate in the Carnival last year STILL has no lock-on on the mail, while there is now a THIRD helm with lock-on.
