せっかく現実世界で狩りをしている設定なんだから、現実にあるもので狩りをしているような武器を作ってほしい
例えば、標識、傘、フライパン、バット、バイク、トウモロコ、太刀魚、冷凍本マグロ など
現状/Current Status
NOWの設定が活かせてないしネタ武器が少ないです

本家にも無い（と思う）のは標識とバットくらいですかね。（名前がクギバットの武器はあったけど…）
でも、スマートフォンを使いこなすほどの文明人たるハンターさんが今更蛮族よろしく標識を振り回すのも…おもしろいですね！というかスマートフォンを武器にするのもアリですね（武器種はなんだ？）

野獣ソードとか新年、ハロウィンくらいですよね確か今
どっちかというとコラボ武器に近いので、確かに現代風の武器は欲しいところです。
現代風の重ね着は多いですけど。
特に現代風重ね着は多分今後コンシューマでも時代風景的に難しいですし…。

・展開すると身長の倍有る弓

季節の可愛い武器とかあれば嬉しい…
春:三色団子の大剣
夏:ひまわり型盾の片手剣
秋:どんぐり型のハンマー
冬:つららの双剣
ほのぼのしすぎて威力なさそう(笑)

They could add real life modern weapons into the Bowgun category. Like a sniper rifle that fires only Piercing ammo (technically the Black Diablos Heavy Bowgun is already doing this), or a mortar that fires only Cluster Bombs. This might be a little lazy on my part though. A bazooka that fires only Wyvern ammo would be fun to use.
If we talk about Ancient weapons, the equipment from Monster Hunter in general is already pretty authentic so I’m not sure if that is an appropriate avenue for NOW. Good examples are the Rajang Greatsword and Longsword being a Kanabo and a Guandao respectively, and the Mizutsune gear featuring Shinto aesthetics. Though arguably, we could have more of it.
Besides modern and ancient weapons, gag weapons are pretty much the only way to go. My first though, is a Sword and Shield where the “sword” is a metal pipe, and the shield is a door of some kind (car/ wood/ et cetera).

日本の古き良きアウトロー文化としては、鉄パイプに似合うのは、特攻服、サラシ、リーゼントです。鬼浜暴走愚連隊を検索してもらえるとイメージがわきやすいと思いますが、とてもクールです。

確かにイビルジョーのチャージアックスはひまわりっぽい形してるので合いそうですね！
