I was hunting Kirin at around 10:34am HKT and my cellular reception is full and strong yet the game has popped up with a sign saying there’s a connection problem every time I got to the second layer of Kirin’s HP. This has happened twice in a row for my two hunting attempts. I have wasted at least 4 potions on this and I’m requesting a compensation of the Kirin reward and my 4 potions.

It’s a feature of the game and there are many more like them. You will see them all in time.
They have been here since day 1, there’s no compensation and they never get fixed. Just like the app crashing between half a dozen and a dozen times per day. It doesn’t matter how much you complain or how much proof you send, they always keep adding new features in preference to making the app stable.
I have lost count of the number of times that I have lost a HAT because the app has crashed after the countdown timer has reached zero. Probably more than I have completed.
