Since Wave 3 has started, could you please check if you can view the Base Awards for Wave 2? If the issue persists, please also let us know if you can submit reports by the “Develop the base” button.

Please note that the rewards for Wave 1 are currently being distributed in batches, and it may take some time to receive. If you are unable to receive the reward by the end of November, please contact us via in-app support so that we can investigate further.

I’ve contacted ingame support because it’s past November and I still haven’t receive the storage reward. But I was told to wait again. Can mods or support personnel here give us an update?
Just to clarify, this is the wave 1 reward which was unobtainable because we couldn’t access the reward page, giving network error.
Unfortunately, we are unable to review accounts individually on forum but if you still haven’t received the reward for Wave 1, there may be a chance that you did not meet the specific criteria required for the compensation. We sincerely appreciate your understanding of this situation.
