I have no Exploration Bases in my area. I was traveling and leveled up a base away from home to a level that should have given me the 500 storage reward. However, when I click on the base icon from the main screen, I get a popup that says “No bases nearby”. I cannot claim my reward, and I am also unable to see my standings or global standings.

Thank you for your report regarding the Base Awards.
Please know that you can use the exploration base button only when there is a base nearby. Therefore, could you see if you can receive the Base Awards by getting closer to the base? If you can’t receive it even by getting closer, please send us the following information as we would like to investigate further.
I would love to see whether I can get the rewards by getting closer to a base, but I’m not able to do that because there are no bases near me. By “near” I mean “that I’ve found in my city”, not just that there are no bases on the wide view. I was traveling to a different city when I upgraded a base there. I would have to travel again to get near a base to try to claim the rewards but that isn’t possible and I don’t know when I’ll be going next.

Currently, you need to be near the exploration base in order to access it. However, the points you’ve raised have been shared with our team, and we will keep it in mind as we plan future improvements. If there is any updates we can share on this, we’ll do so on this Forum.
