不具合詳細：

2025年9月24日16:00（日本時間）頃に行われたサーバーのアップデート以降、拠点名声を一度も獲得していない拠点の情報については、ピリオド1の表彰式に反映されない不具合が発生しています。

このため、以下の場合は条件を達成していても表彰式の報酬を受け取ることができません。

  • 2025年9月24日16:00（日本時間）以前に、1つの拠点で2,000拠点名声を達成し、その後その拠点で拠点名声を獲得していない

  • 上記以外に2,000拠点名声を達成している拠点がない

この問題により表彰式の報酬を受け取れない対象者かどうかの確認方法と、解決策については以下をご覧ください。

＜対象者かどうかの確認方法＞

  1. メイン画面の右下に表示される「探索拠点ボタン」をタップする。

  2. 右上の拠点名声数が表示されている箇所をタップする

  3. すでに2,000拠点名声をどこかの拠点で獲得しているにも関わらず、表彰式報酬のタスクが達成になっていない場合、この不具合の対象です。

＜解決策＞

以下のいずれかを行うことで、表彰式の報酬を受け取ることができるようになります。

  • 2,000拠点名声を達成している拠点において、もう一度探索報告を行い、拠点名声を獲得する。

  • 別の拠点で2,000拠点名声を達成する。

本問題はピリオド2以降では発生しません。

ピリオド1においては、2025年9月24日16:00頃（日本時間）以降に拠点名声が獲得されていない拠点の情報は、表彰式に反映されない状態となります。ご不便をおかけし申し訳ございません。

ステータス： 修正済みです。(2025年10月30日更新)
ピリオド1において条件を満たしていたにも関わらず、本事象より表彰式報酬を受け取れなかったユーザーの皆様には、順次表彰式報酬の配布を開始しましたので、ゲーム内でご確認願います。ご迷惑をおかけし申し訳ございません。

Issue Details: Since the server update at around 07:00 on Wednesday, September 24, 2025(UTC), an issue has occurred where Exploration Bases that have not earned any base reputation are not being included in the Wave 1 Base Awards and rewards cannot be received.

Cases Affected:

  • Bases where reputation reached 2,000 before 07:00, September 24th, 2025, but did not earn any reputation since then.

  • If there are no other bases than the above one that have achieved 2,000 base reputation.

How to Check if You Are Affected:

  1. Tap the "Base” button displayed at the bottom right of the main screen.
  2. Tap the on the base reputation count displayed at the upper right.
  3. If you have already acquired 2,000 base reputation at one base, but the Base Awards Prizes task is not marked as completed, you are affected by this issue.

Solution: It is possible to become able to receive the Base Awards rewards by trying one of the following:

  • At the base where 2,000 base reputation has been earned, submit an exploration report once again to acquire base reputation.

  • Earn 2,000 base reputation at a different base.

This issue will not occur in the Wave 2 and beyond. During the Wave 1, information from bases without base reputation earned since around 07:00 on September 24, 2025, will not be reflected in the Base Awards. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Status: Fixed.(Updated October 30, 2025)
For hunters who met the conditions in Wave 1 but could not receive Base Awards Prizes due to the issue, we have started distributing the rewards, therefore, please confirm whether the items have arrived within the game. We apologize for any inconvenience.
