When I try to share a monster no one can see it. When I join a HAT it starts the time inmidiatly, like when u are on a premade party, and I cant never find any one else (New online feature). I even try to join a HAT locali with my friends and I always end up on a separate stance by my selfe.
I can not create a new party the button does nothing and I can not join a party that already exists with qr, it always gives an error.

I can join other people overworld hunts, continue on the history like normal.

I have reintalled the game and try it in other mobiles with no luck pls fix my acc.

My girlfriend’s account is unable to share her monsters with others or team up due to this issue.

Sorry, how’s the progress going? There’s a Deviljho event this week, and I really want to play it with my girlfriend. However, due to this bug, she can only play solo in many situations. I understand you might be looking for a permanent fix, but could you prioritize fixing her account for now?

I posted an article this morning, but it was merged and closed without addressing or resolving my issue, so I had to post a new one to explain my problem again.

My girlfriend’s Niantic ID is Iris2600. She hasn’t played the game for about half a year, but she returned a few days ago and noticed some anomalies:

1.Unable to join/create parties:
She cannot create a new party; the button does nothing. Also, she cannot join existing parties via QR code; it always results in an error.
2.Missing QR for the dye ball function:
As shown in the image, the section outlined in red should display a QR code, enabling others to join the hunt. However, this QR code is absent.
3.Overworld hunts:
She can join hunts initiated by others and continue as usual, but when attempting to share a monster, no one else can see it.
Please help fix her account.

If there are any solutions that don’t require assistance from customer support, please provide them as well. Many players in the Chinese community have encountered this issue but haven’t found a solution. I hope to share the solution back on the forums within the Chinese community

Since I reported the issue until now, it’s been five days, and this isn’t a problem that hasn’t occurred or been resolved before. Why hasn’t it been fixed after five days? You’re busy selling paintballs, but this bug makes it impossible to share them at all.

Hello, it seems like the issue has been resolved and everything is back to normal.

Many people within the Chinese community forums have also encountered this problem, but due to the unfriendly reporting channels, they couldn’t resolve it.

Is there any other solution currently available for this issue apart from directly reporting to you? Or do we have to rely solely on the in-game customer service?

Hi @NianticModTP, My account is met this siuation, too. I cannot join others party, and cannot create my own party. My tracing monster list is also no qr code.

Whenever i solo queue in HATs even after waiting until the timer is around 20s ish, still get no one in the lobby. The text never changed into “Expanding Recruitment Range” and keep “waiting for other hunters…”

Apparently I got the same issue with the resolved issue about invisible party. So my create party button is not working. Please help fix issue from this invisible party. Thanks!

I tried to restart the phone, uninstall and reinstall the app, turn off and on in game batter saver. Turn on and off phone battery saver, increase the graphic from low to medium. Turn on and off 60fps in hunt. Changed my network using friend network while HATs. And combination of all mentioned above. But still alone in solo queue HATs.
