討伐できない状態になってから、アプリを再起動すると討伐できる状態に戻ったりすることも確認してます
ともかく、何らかの不具合があることは確実かと思われました

オトモ関係なく、ちまちまなるなぁ
よし拾った！家で！っていざ帰ると、最後に拾った数体だけ外れてるとかあった。
再起動で半分は戻ったとかもあった。
距離は200mほど。

自分のエリアにモンスターが重なり、モンスターのアイコンがポップアップしたのを確認。これでこのモンスターアイコンをタップすれば狩猟出来る状態。狩猟せずに移動して他のモンスターをポップアップさせた。１０匹以内。帰宅し後から狩猟をしようとしたが、２匹、ポップアップが解除されて後から狩猟が出来ない。他はポップアップされており狩猟可能。がんばって移動したのに、うんざり！

0分を跨いでいるとかですか？
有志の検証により保存上限は20匹までで、それを超えると先に保存されたモンスターから消えていく仕様のようです。
また後から狩猟のモンスターから1.5kmの範囲にいれば狩猟は可能です。
今回はその条件には当てはまっておらず、原因不明の状態で後から狩猟できなくなっていたので何かしらのバグの可能性があります。
保存モンスターも画像内の次元変異アンジャナフだけです。

Hunt later feature sometime not working even after you passed by the monster and touched it.

Thank you for your report that hunting later feature is not working sometimes.
Please be aware that this feature may affected by the in-game speed limit. If the system detects high movement speed, the app may not function normally right away even after stopping. We recommend trying again under normal play conditions, and let us know if the issue continues so we can look into it further.

This happens occasionally to me too. That Nargacuga should have been included in the group
It’s not a huge problem, but it does happen
I just had an error where:
I went on a walk shortly before the hourly reset to grab an EDI for Namielle. My game crashed just into the fight, and when I reloaded, because it was past the hourly reset I could no longer reach the EDI. There was still time left on it but I could no longer go back and reach it in time. Is it intended that the players lose HAT/EDI access during hourly reset?

Found another cause! I was touching silver rathalos, but someone host publicly, I didn’t start in the lobby as I want to recover my special gauge first. But it went untouched after I left the lobby. This feature has many flaw. 
I found another cause. If your palico paintballs a monster that has been highlighted the monster disappears from the field momentarily, when it returns, it returns unhighlighted and can no longer be selected
