ラグが発生する/Frequent lags

I have the same problem. I’m on s23 ultra (snapdragon 8 gen2 12gb ram). Here an example (sec 3) when azuros is about to spit fire.

I have the same kind of experience as shown in the video above. As far as I can tell, it’s not specific to any monster or any specific action.

Here again. One at 3 sec and another at 8


sec. I had other ones before during that fight but i wasnt recording. I had to put it on during the fight.

Lag badly while fighting monster.
Sometime can’t even join with friends (side by side).
After they started the hunt, the prompt then came out. I had 5 phones tried on 3 different telcos and 2 different personal WiFi connection.
All connection/phones encountered same issues.
Timer freeze while fighting the monster and can’t kill the monster. Wasted my potion to heal to tried kill the monster during the fight.
Video more than 30mbs not able to upload.

Restarting and reinstalling doesn’t solve the issue.

I’m not trying to diss you guys, but in one of the recent updates, performance was supposedly improved and we were actually encouraged to try higher graphics settings.

I was initially on Medium settings when I upgraded my ageing Huawei Mate 20 (Low settings) to my current Samsung S23 Ultra. When I learned that the performance has been improved, I gave High a try and I was very pleased that the performance has indeed improved. I have been playing on High settings ever since. The only time the game stuttered very slightly for me is when my phone has overheated and especially when I am also recording my gameplay.

But the recent game updates have brought down the level of performance at High settings.

I just burned through 9 first aid meds attempting to clear some monsters I usually have no problem clearing, and the game consistently stuttered right when I’m about to get attacked or when I am about to attack. This is especially crippling as I am using Pukei Bow, which requires me to be up close to the monster and sees a lot of action and visual effects at point blank. Legiana’s wings cover my entire screen all the time whenever I fight it. At the beginning of a hunt against a Pukei-Pukei, I use the action Pukei-Pukei takes to judge in a split second whether I need can stand my ground and shoot its head when it does its tail spin attack or I have to dash to the side to avoid its dash attack, but the game stuttered right at the moment of split-second window and I end up cannot react to the Pukei-Pukei’s attack and either get hit by it or miss my shot.

This is really crippling for players who need perfect play in order to push their limits and complete difficult hunts, where a lot of decisions have to be made with split-second judgment based on observing the monster’s actions.

I have turned off the game booster on my phone, and the issue remains unchanged. Switching to 30fps isn’t really an option because we want to play at 60fps, and it used to be working just fine.

I know you guys are trying to help, but one thing is clear: Performance has consistently degraded for many users from different countries with different phone models despite few or no changes to game or system settings on the players’ end. This can only mean that something has changed from the game or server’s end that has led to this situation.

I noticed today that at 2:00 a.m. the game runs normally without any stutters but from about 5:00 a.m. the game runs slowly again. It freezes all the time. :smiling_face_with_tear:

Alright so for the past 4 days the game became laggier and laggier. Game freezing randomly.

I died many times since the dodge windows are so tight for DB. Sadly I wasn’t recording all the times, ofc who tf records all the time, right?

Well, today I was trying to close a 10 stars Tobi for once and recorded THIS:

I died 100% by the game’s fault… it’s so discouraging to keep playing a game that heavily fights you back like this.

Sincerely, stop blaming peoples phone, this is game is poorly optimized and this mitigates the playerbase so much. It’s terrible for the game to spread… btw I have a iPhone 15 pro, for the specs.

To be honest, I even changed phone from a 12pro to 15pro jus to play this game better. But still, same problems after some of the updates, so what now?

Probably after one hour of playing the game. Or during some specials attacks, zinogre charged moves, jumpy attacks overall or the player moving too much too fast… I wonder, why???

I hope we get some sort of compensation for these issues, it’s beginning to happen more and more… everyday.

Either you play for 30min and don’t have a problem, or extend the hunt and start lagging/shuttering on situations like I described and recorded.

AndroidVersion10 リアルな声を。朝ラグ過ぎて動かないと思えば夜にサクサク動く、そうかと思えば朝サクサク動いて夜動かない、気温や熱に影響あるのも致命的だが雨や気象(電波障害)こんなのに左右されてるのも致命的、他社FPSゲームはオンラインでもサクサク、まずモンスター挙動パフォを多少下げてもよいのでわ?マルチで想定外のエラーがあるなら1週間でもサービス中断して改善求む。ワイルズ3本分くらいは課金してるので頑張ってくれ。決断を!引続き頼む!

また、ご報告内容について、ご不便おかけし申し訳ございません。

こちらは、以下の事項によりアプリで使用するメモリ量の増加並びに端末の発熱などにより、本現象が発生した可能性がございます。

・マルチハントでマッチングしやすくなり、特に大連続狩猟に参加する際、他ハンターの情報などを読み込む機会が増加した
・モンスタートラッカーの実装により以前より討伐するモンスター数が増えた
・お住いの地域の気温の上昇
・大連続狩猟など、連続して狩猟を行うことが増加し、端末が熱くなりやすい

現在、開発側でもデータの利用量の削減や端末の発熱を抑える仕組みについて、改善・開発に取り組んでおります。

なお、端末の発熱につきましては、以下にご協力いただけますと幸いです。

・屋外などでゲームプレイをする際は端末の発熱対策を行う
・熱がこもりやすい端末ケースの使用を避ける
・端末が熱くなっている場合、しばらく時間をおいてからプレイする、端末を冷やす
・端末のバッテリーが劣化している場合、交換する

なお、本現象が発生した場合、お手数ですが、以下のトラブルシューティングを実施をお願い致します。

・端末の再起動
・アプリの再インストール
・バックグラウンドで起動中のアプリを無効にする
・設定画面でアプリの画質を「低」に設定する
・設定画面で「狩猟中の描画を滑らか(60fps)にする」のチェックを外す
・設定画面で全てのアセットをダウンロードする
・端末のOSをアップデートする
・(iOS端末)低電力モードを解除する

繰り返しのご案内となりますが、アプリ側でも少しでもメモリの使用量を減らす、発熱しないような処理を実装する等、本現象の改善に努めます。

Exactly this.
I bought a new phone for this game and it had been fine until whatever recent update started all this.

The players did nothing differently, it was a game update.
To keep telling us all to reinstall and everything is just insulting.

Cries in a 4 months old iPhone 15 while ModTP calls out for the phone spec causing the fps drops and shutterings, oh well… ~
