It would be so good to have a possibility to decrease level of the monsters on the map, same as we are decreasing level of the monsters in the story quests. Even as a paid option.
No gonna lie, since I unlocked the 10★ on the map I started to lose interest in the game because of my weapons 10 5/5 being to weak.
If I will have to spend even like 2000gems, I would do that.
There is no possibilities to decrease level of the monsters on the map.
A 10.5 weapon is more than capable to farm the 8-stars comfortably, so long as you have the right build to further augment the power of the weapon, and a 10-star map would have the most number of 8-stars on average.
You don’t have to hunt the ones you can’t hunt (e.g. 10-star monsters). Just hunt the ones you can.
The first batch of hunters who started with the game’s launch had far weaker weapons and builds than what we have today, and they worked through the 10-star map without an issue, even until today.
The point is, if you are good enough to unlock the 10-star map, you are good enough to thrive in a 10-star map. If you’re missing a suitable build for the new monsters, just make one from the ones that you can hunt. You cannot skip this process even when the game is 5 years old and a new player joins the fray. The process may be hastened but never skipped.
