Cannot get Wyvern Gem Shards since the last event started

Since the last event started, I keep killing 8* monsters and participate in at least 4 hunt-a-thons with riftbone monsters and I have not been able to get a single Wyvern Gem Shard

Since materials are awarded through a random draw based on drop rates each time, the results may be skewed.
Therefore, while we have not confirmed any issues with the game as a whole at this time, we will share your report with the development team.

Take comfort in knowing that someone went by 3 months without a single WGS in the past.

The historically observed drop rate in normal 8-star field hunts in the Basic Rewards is about 1% for each slot on average across the 4 slots (with first 2 slots having been recorded to drop more often than the 3rd and 4th slots).

There’s no pity mechanism in this game, so don’t worry about the drops since that’s not going to change the fact that you need to keep going.

Keep hunting.
Keep breaking R6 parts.
Participate in group hunts whenever you can.
Maximise the possible R6 drop slots and let RNG do the rest.
