Issue Title: During the event “MH Now Celebration [3rd Anniversary]” from 9/24~ and from 10/1~, monsters that do not actually appear are displayed when hunters who have not cleared the Pre-Season Story check “Easy-to-Find Monsters” in each habitat area
Issue Description: During the event “MH Now Celebration [3rd Anniversary]” from 9/24~ and from 10/1~, an issue has occurred where monsters that do not actually appear are displayed when hunters who have not cleared the Pre-Season Story check “Easy-to-Find Monsters” using the button to check habitat area information at the top of the main screen. You must clear the Pre-Season Story to have the following monsters appear in the field.
・From 9/24: Rajang, Nargacuga, Glavenus
・From 10/1: Rajang, Nargacuga

Issue Title: Unexpected monsters displaying as easy-to-find monsters
Issue Description: During the MH Now 3rd Anniversary from either 9/24 or from 10/1, hunters who have not cleared the Pre-Season Story may encounter an issue where monsters that do not actually appear are displayed when checking “Easy-to-Find Monsters” after tapping the habitat button at the top of the main screen. You must clear the Pre-Season Story to have the following monsters appear in the field:
・From 9/24: Rajang, Nargacuga, Glavenus
・From 10/1: Rajang, Nargacuga
