To the Monster Hunter Now Team,
I am a paying player located in Nelson, New Zealand, and I am writing to officially protest the complete lack of Exploration Bases (據點迎擊戰之據點) in my region.
I have consistently checked the “Base” button on the bottom right of the screen during every recent event, only to be met with the message “No points nearby” (附近無據點). As a result, I have been completely unable to participate in the Outbreak events for Radobaan, Barioth, and Rathalos.
This is not a matter of “fewer” points—there are ZERO bases appearing in the entire Nelson area, including the city center.
As someone who invests real money into this game, it is frustrating and unacceptable to be physically locked out of core event content due to poor regional map distribution. You are providing a service that I cannot access, yet I continue to support the game financially.
I demand the following:
Fix the Base Spawn Logic: Manually review the Nelson, NZ region and ensure that Exploration Bases actually appear during events.
Compensation: Provide compensation for the multiple missed events and the specific monster materials (Radobaan, Barioth, Rathalos) that I was unable to hunt.
If players in Nelson cannot participate in major game mechanics, there is no reason for us to continue spending in the store. Please address this regional disparity immediately.
