I fought a tobi in a match and able to execute Spirit Reckoning 3 times but none of the series strong attack land on it.

Spinning bludgeon will also attack miss when Tobi is roaring. Although Tobi head is lifting when roaring which spinning bludgeon cannot reach, however, spinning bludgeon touches Tobi’s forelegs/chest but it does not do any damage. I think Tobi’s front part hitbox could be smaller than actual body size.
