The impact phial damages are almost the same with or without vital thunder. Please check if this is intended.

I am experiencing this problem as well. Would be nice to have this fixed, considering Lunagaron ChargeBlade has the skill

Ignore this. I was wrong.

Rajang Charge Blade uses Impact Phial.

It does not deal elemental damage, unlike Power Element Phials:

Therefore, there’s nothing on the damage of Impact Phials for elemental skills to affect since it does not deal elemental damage in the first place.

Adjusted the damage mechanics of elemental charge blades’ impact phials, so that elemental attack power is factored into the damage output.

Oh yes, good catch. I forgot about this change. Then the in-game text needs updating to reflect the actual properties of Impact Phials.

the element increasing skills like Thunder Attack, and I believe Kirin / Kushala / Namielle skills that increase element, however, do work for increasing, which just leaves the Vital series out
