提案/Suggestion
When communicating changes, effects, or methods of game mechanics, use VALUES instead of “more” “less” “slightly” “greater” or other subjective wordings.
現状/Current Status
The game is very confusing to any player that has grown up in a world where exactness is expected or common. Saying that something increases attack should be EQUAL to increases damage.
This is very relevant to todays patchnotes (v92):
"Adjusted the damage mechanics of elemental charge blades’ impact phials, so that elemental attack power is factored into the damage output.
The damage of impact phials used by fire/water/thunder/ice/dragon element charge blades will be greater than before."
Will be greater is a subjective statement, and it is read as there has been a change, and we dont trust or like you enough to actually tell you from what it was → to what it will be from now.
The same goes for the wording differences in the different skills, like “Critical Element” being to a very high degree useless for any player using a charge blade move rotation that revolves around phial damage; since the phials cannot crit.
There are many examples of this: Offensive Guard, useless for any CB that isnt raw attack, elemental damage isnt increased - only attack.
Please change this obfuscation madness, its majorly hurting westing players who simply arent going to dig deep into twitter or reddit just to find out a skill does not work as they read its translation.
