Rising Tide is only increasing defence instead of both attack & defence when it’s activated. Has been happening since the Deviljho event ended.

Rising Tideって確か「尻上がり」だったはず。
確かに攻撃・防御ともに上昇するスキルのはずが、
防御力上昇時のオレンジのエフェクトしかないよね。
