That should be a setting in your app store settings, not a game setting. Check your app store purchase settings.

私が過去、アプリから問合せたときは、そんな案内なかったのですが。

アプリでの問い合わせの場合も、もっと丁寧に案内してはしいものですね。いまからでもちょっと確認してみます

前回の私の問い合わせをみると、ちゃんと具体的にどう対応してほしいのか伝えきれてなかったのがダメだなと思いました。問い合わせるときには、こういう問題があるから、こうしてほしいと明確に言わないとですね。
