Thank you for your report regarding friend link.

Please know that if you are playing with the same Niantic ID in other Niantic apps and your Online Status is set to “Offline,” Friend Link will display 0 friends available for invitation. This can be resolved by setting your Online Status to “Online” in other Niantic apps. We are planning to make this feature clearer in the future.
