Correctly balance hp and damage
現状/Current Status
Tier 9 weapons are unable to kill 8 star monsters with a Tier 8 recommendation. Using elemental weakness and 9-3/5 weapons rarely take out the monster if done perfectly. Tier 8 has no chance at all.
