My auto re-subscription of both Prime and Extreme hunter pass failed last month. The payments were success but the order showing purchase item with “sku.name.unknown-sku-id”, the system detect the problem and refund my payments. Now i still cannot get a functional “Manage Subscription” page.

I have tried re-login and clean website data in browser.
