I still have not found the steps yet but look at the screenshots.
Maybe has something to do with hunting some monsters, then switch to another app, and then back.

Restarting the game will resolve the issue, but then it’ll just happen again later.

(ex, Reboot, Reinstall, etc…)
I have this issue every time I switched into the game back from Instagram. The game will be brightened up regardless the current interface you are at. Phone: iPhone 12 Pro Max.

Rebooting doesn’t prevent the issue.
I didn’t try to reinstall because I don’t want to go through the pain of reinstalling and clearing all the red dots in my game. Please have the internal QA team test this. We’re not free QA.

Thank you. Sorry, I did not mean disrespect. I’m working in QA as well and I absolutely hate to ask my users to reinstall their application, so that just ticked me off at a bad time.
I am trying to identify the steps too. I’ll update when I can pinpoint it.
