The game notifies of the limited duration to use a ticket but there is no information on how or where this ticket can be used, resulting in a loss of the ticket. The shop offers no hint as to how to use them.

Instant means you don’t have to wait the timer. You click to do one of them and it asks if you want to use the ticket if you have the cooldown.
