Why do i cannot join elder dragon inception when i bought special sunmer ultra hunting ticket is the hunt on elder dragon not unlimited?

Thank you for your report regarding the Special Summer Hunt Ticket.
We would like to let you know that the ticket has the following effects:
- Receive two of each material in the first to fourth slots of basic rewards of Elder Dragon Interceptions.
- Large monsters reappear in just 30 minutes.
- The access range will be expanded by 50% at all times, and you will get double the materials from slaying small monsters and from gathering points.
Cannot be combined with a Wander Orb, Wander Droplet, or Wander Powder.
- Receive 3 Limited Ultra Hunting Tickets as a bonus at the time of purchase.
Unfortunately, purchasing the ticket does not provide unlimited access to Elder Dragon Interceptions. Instead, the ticket includes 3 limited-time Ultra Hunting Tickets. You can use those tickets to join additional Elder Dragon Interceptions.
