I want to hunt with my friend, but I can’t scan using MHN. I looked at my camera, it has no problem, so it is definitely caused by MHN.
It starts to happen yesterday (I update to the newest version yesterday)

Reboot the phone, close the app, none of those works

We’d suggest you to follow the steps below and see how it goes:

  • Update the iOS version
  • Uninstall/reinstall the app

If the issue continues, please let us know the following information as we would like to investigate further.

  • Current iOS version of your device
  • Can you scan the QR code from the default camera app?
  • Can your friend scan the QR code from their device? (If not, please let us know the device name and OS version)
