Make buy back available on offload materials, let’s say 24 hrs, so both sides can be benefited

現状/Current Status

Currently many people are asking for reverting the recent change of offloading materials, and that change is intended to prevent hunter wrongly selling their items

this would alleviate a lot of visits to support to restore items for people.

edit: also a better solution than removing the ability to select all materials for selling.
