不具合詳細: スキル「ジャスト溜め解放」使用時、弓で溜めアクションからタイミングよく貫通矢を放ち、続けて剛射をすると、剛射後からの貫通矢のダメージが想定より低くなっています。

Issue Title: When using the skill Timed Charger with the bow, Pierce arrows may inflict less damage than intended
Issue Description: When using the skill Timed Charger, firing a Pierce arrow after charging with the bow, then following it up with a Power Shot will cause any proceeding Pierce arrows to inflict less damage than intended.
