Regarding Friend Links, I have stopped receiving hunt invitation notifications from friends for monsters of 8★ or higher.
My HR is 308 and my field monster difficulty is set to 9★, and until recently I was able to join them without any issues.
Other Information
I tried restarting the app and clearing the cache, but it didn’t resolve the issue. Also, notifications for 7★ or lower still arrive normally.

Thank you for reporting that you are no longer receiving Friend Links.
First, based on the symptom you reported where ★8 or higher monsters have become harder to receive, it is possible that you are out of Friend Link Tokens or have reached your daily limit.
