Issue Title: Daily Quest progress not reflected when the app is in the background at midnight
Issue Description: When the app is in the background at the time of the Daily Quest update at midnight (0:00), even though the Daily Quest requirements are met immediately after returning to the foreground, the progress may not be reflected and the Quest may remain uncompleted.
