Issue Title: Teostra’s flames and powder may not be dispelled
Issue Description: Elder Dragon Interception: If a hunter inflicts a certain status ailment (such as paralysis, sleep, or stun) at specific times while Teostra is emitting fire, the flames and powder may not be dispelled. Please refer to the Monster Guide for detailed information on Teostra’s attacks.
