When a weapon is improved through Style Customization, the attack improvements are not reflected in the Equipment screen.

Thank you for your report that stats are not reflected to weapons after Style Customization.
We would like to let you know that Style Customization/Equipment screen will show the stats after the upgrade. In your case, your Barroth Grinder’s attack stat was originally 1194, but it is displayed as 1230 due to Style Customization.
