When waiting for the encounter time to reach 0, the cut scene would show and the zoom blur effect would take over the screen. The effect stays on during the battle and after the battle ends. The only way to solve this issue is to restart the game. Happened everytime on my Samsung Galaxy, iPhone SE and OnePlus 8T.

I waited at an EDI node, tapped in to the node during preliminary state, then went to the Home screen and put my phone to sleep as I waited.
About 30 seconds before the start time, I woke my phone and resumed the game.
When the EDI becomes active, I observed that the introduction sequence has this constant zoom blur on it. I skipped the introduction and the zoom blur remains in effect throughout the hunt and after the hunt. Had to restart the app to resolve the problem.

For the fast running of further investigations, could you try the following troubleshootings?
I managed to reproduce the issue. The issue happens because of waiting inside a node before an EDI node becomes active. Only then, will the zoom blur effect persist until you restart the game.
If you tap into the node after the EDI becomes active, this issue will not occur.
