ハンターの皆さん、シーズン4の開始にあたりアプリを起動した際に、フレンドクエストの中間目標画面とクアリリとオトモの会話が同時に表示されると、進行不能になる不具合を確認しています。その際、会話が始まる前に素早く「OK」ボタンをタップすることで、進行不能を回避することができます。間に合わなかった場合はアプリを再起動して再度お試しください。ご迷惑をおかけし、申し訳ございません。この不具合の修正が完了次第またお知らせします。
また、オトモの名前は2文字以上30文字以内でアルファベットまたは数字で入力いただく必要があります。詳細はFAQをご確認ください。

We’ve identified an issue that can prevent progress when launching the app for Season 4. If both the intermediate goal screen for Friend Quests and a conversation between Qualily and your Palico appear simultaneously, the game may become unresponsive. To avoid this, please tap the “OK” button as quickly as possible before the conversation begins. If you’re unable to do so, please restart the app and try again. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. We will notify you as soon as this issue is resolved.
