Move either lock on icon or first aid med/health potions to opposite sides of the screen during a fight.
現状/Current Status
I have now twice accidentally used up first aid meds when I was trying to tap the lock on icon.

And it happened again. It’s winter and I went for a walk. Hands freezing, tried to ‘lock on’ and accidentally tapped ‘first aid med’. luckily this time I was at full health so it didn’t use one up.
