Steps
- Go to in-game settings and lower the Music volume to 0 and keep the Sound volume at 100.
- Find a field or a marked Rajang, then tap it and stay in the hunt preparation screen and observe the Rajang.
- Listen to the sounds played when Rajang is sniffing around while being stationary.
- Observe that there are some peaking sound artefacts that result in audio clipping.
Expected
- Sound files should be mastered at below a safe limit so as to avoid hitting the limit and peaking, which results in audio clipping.

その他の情報/Other Information
- The system sound quality control (e.g. Dolby Atmos) is switched off, so the game audio is recorded without any post-processing.
- The audio clipping can be heard while using Bluetooth earphones, so it is not because of my phone speakers.
- The audio clipping can be heard in the video recording while it is played on other devices, so it is not because of my phone speakers or Bluetooth earphone.
- No other monsters have this issue.
- I’m not sure if this issue is just limited to my phone model; I am asking for evidence from other players and see if they’re also hearing the same issue. If different phone models are having the same issue, then it is very likely a problem with the sound files and is not a device-specific issue.
