Hi, I have a question: How often does the list of Friend Quests refresh?

I want to refresh the list of quests available and see if I can find the one I want that my friends are participating, but the quests available to me usually won’t change for a while, even at the beginning of a new batch of Friend Quests.

Does it refresh by the minute or something? Or there are some other conditions for it to refresh?
