ネットワークエラーによってアプリが正常にプレイできないとのことでご不便おかけしております。
本件につきまして、モンスターハンターNowが利用している外部サービスの障害により、2026年9月1日 23:49頃から9月2日 01:50頃まで（日本時間）、ネットワークエラーが頻繁に発生し、アプリが正常にプレイできない不具合が発生していました。
現在は復旧し、正常にプレイできる状態ですが、こちらによって本来獲得できたはずの報酬や受けられたはずの消費アイテムの効果が反映されなかった場合は該当アイテムの返還等が可能か確認いたしますので、アプリ内サポートよりご連絡ください。

Due to an outage affecting an external service used by Monster Hunter Now, frequent network errors occurred from approximately 14:49 to 16:50 UTC on September 1, 2026, and the app could not be played normally.
The issue has now been resolved, and the app can be played normally. However, if you were unable to claim rewards you should have earned or if the effects of consumed items were not properly applied during this period, please contact us via in-app support. We will verify your case to see if we can compensate the items.
