Hunters, we have confirmed an issue where a network error may be displayed on some devices, making it difficult to connect to Monster Hunter Now or preventing the app from opening.

ハンターの皆さん、モンスターハンターNowが利用している外部サービスの障害により、2026年9月1日 23:49頃から9月2日 01:50頃まで（日本時間）、ネットワークエラーが頻繁に発生し、アプリが正常にプレイできない不具合が発生していました。
現在は復旧し、正常にプレイできる状態です。
ご迷惑をおかけしましたことをお詫び申し上げます。
Hunters, due to an outage affecting an external service used by Monster Hunter Now, frequent network errors occurred from approximately 14:49 to 16:50 UTC on September 1, 2026, and the app could not be played normally.
The issue has now been resolved, and the app can be played normally.
